That was then, this is now…
So much has happened, that it is hard to keep track of it all, let alone to make any kind of intelligent comment on it.
Let’s see now. People were getting excited about going out again, then the Omicron wave hit and everything closed down again. Now, the mask mandates have been mostly lifted, and people are reluctant to go along. Most people thinking it is too early. Judging from the spread of the virus, they are correct.
I have now had a bout with the virus. It was, as they say, like a bad cold. It was mostly done after 5 days, although there is a bit of lingering coughing and nose blowing. My energy is coming back. I don’t recommend it.
Then there happened the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and it still goes on. I watch the news, the burned out and destroyed buildings, the bodies, the vehicles rusting out, and I still find it hard to believe that this is happening now. I shake my head a lot.
I usually allow commenting on the most recent posts. The problem being that the post are all spam, never anything real.
Maybe I will go to plant some sunflowers now.
Talk soon.
